Situation
Kirriemuir, sometimes called Kirrie, is a burgh in Angus, Scotland. Kirriemuir sits looking south towards Glamis and the Sidlaws over Strathmore (one of the most fertile fruit growing areas in Scotland). Its position at the base of the Angus glens makes it an attractive centre for hill-walking on nearby Munros, fishing, partridge, pheasant and grouse shooting and deer-stalking. primary schools are located in the Northmuir and Southmuir respectively.

Building Internal
The main entrance of the Hotel is off St Malcolm’s Wynd which leads into a well presented reception hallway. The reception then gives access to all areas private and public. To the left of the reception you will find the lounge bar. The Lounge bar benefits from a separate entrance for public guests. The lounge bar is well presented, having gone through a full refurbishment program by the vendors. The bar is well furnished with a mix of upholstered bench seating, along with wooden tables, upholstered chairs and stools. excellent dining space or can be utilized as a second function suite for smaller functions or private dining parties.

The Function suite is also located on the first floor. Benefiting from its own bar with dedicated cellar and python system, the function suite can accommodate 100 guests, seated, offering an excellent function space for larger parties and weddings. The Function suite is once again well presented, benefiting neutral décor and wooden flooring.
