From Totnes take the A381 towards Newton Abbot. At the Ogwell Cross Cemetery Roundabout take the third exit onto Old Totnes Road passing the Cemetery on your right. After around 0.2 miles the road bends to the right and becomes Coach Road passing St Mary's Church on your left. Proceed for a further half a mile and turn left into Penshurst Road. Seyah will be found towards the top of the road on the left.
