Planning permission in principle (Ref: 19/02664/ pip) was granted on 01 April 2020 for the erection of 14 houses; this includes the 6 private detached self build plots. A further planning application for the approval of matters specified in the conditions of that decision notice will be required for each plot. The roads for the wider development are included in another planning permission (ref: 19/02662/ful) and will be constructed by lha for the whole development.
