Directions On entering the village of Ringmore, follow the road around to the left (with the church on the right hand side) and carry along this road towards Challaborough. The land will be found on the right hand side, on leaving the village on the road to Challaborough.

Method of sale Helen's Field is offered for sale by Informal Tender (unless sold prior) such that buyers are invited to submit their highest and final offers in a sealed envelope by Wednesday, 28 April 2021 at 12 noon. All tenders must be submitted to 62 Fore Street, Kingsbridge in an envelope clearly marked 'Helen's Field'.
