In under 20 minutes you can get to either Victoria, London Bridge, St Pancras or Gatwick Airport: As well as direct trains to Brighton, Portsmouth and other cities on the South coast. We also take the tram to Beckenham Place Park which is one of our favourite outdoor spaces as well as making good use of the communal garden. Off road parking is available on a first come first served basis but i’ve not needed to get a car as public transport is so good here.
I am sad to let it go but am hoping the next owner with enjoy and love it as much as I have".
