Directions
From Holsworthy or Bude, proceed on the A3072 until reaching Red Post and turn take the turning onto the B3254 signed Launceston. Proceed along this road for 6.2 miles and turn right (please note, there is no council road sign at this junction). After 1 mile turn right to Canworthy Water and staying on this road (ignoring the first right signed Canworthy Water) for 1.4 miles turn right signed Brazacott. After 0.2 miles turn right again and the entrance lane leading to the property will be found after 0.6 miles on the left hand side with a Bond Oxborough Phillips 'For Sale' notice clearly displayed.
