Directions: From Newcastle Emlyn proceed on the A484 towards Carmarthen. On leaving the village of Rhos, carry on along the straight stretch, ignoring the left hand turning for Pencader/Llanpumsaint and the right hand turning for Drefach Felindre/Woollen Mill Museum. The land will be further along on the left hand side with our ‘For Sale’ board erected. A gateway is on the roadside as well as access off the private track (wide entrance on the left hand side) which gives access to a number of rural properties also.

Description:
There are four gateways along the track, over which the landowner has right of way to access the various fields.
The land is ring fenced for cattle and part internally fenced. The land is level to gently sloping, with a few naturally wet areas visible, but provides the opportunity for further drainage works etc. Various drainage ditches run alongside hedgerows. Two wells are located in os No. 3255.

There is a disused path, which crosses os No. 1434 in an east to west direction and was probably used as a shortcut in days gone by, but we are advised that it is not used now.
