Directions from London:-
Proceed north-east out of London on the A12 (or go around the M25 and join A12 at junction 28) and stay on the A12 until you have passed colchester. Along the Colchester by-pass the A120 branches off to Clacton and Harwich. Stay on the A12 for another 1.5 miles and you will see a small slip road to langham / ardleigh. Take this slip road and take the first right signed dedham. Take nest to right signed dedham. At the “T” junction turn left to dedham. At the next “T” junction turn left to dedham signed “dedham avoiding low bridge” After 0.75 miles turn left into coles oak lane. Drive 0.7 miles (use speedometer) until you reach the last house on the left (called “The Gables” (formally “The Elms”) and before the bridge that goes over the A12) and turn left into a small area that is between The Gables and our field. Turn right into the field where a large Car Park has been made for you. Please do not leave your car in the area between The Gables and our field as we have the right to travel over that area but not to park in that area.
