A central staircase leads up to a galleried landing. I really like the master bedroom; quietly situated at the end of the hallway, it is a good size double and has a very tidy en-suite shower room and airing cupboard storage.

The family bathroom has been improved by our vendors and has a modern white suite with rainfall shower head and separate handheld attachment. The flooring contrasts well with the striking teal coloured tiles - very eye catching indeed!

There are two further bedrooms; one a double with dual aspect windows and the other a quiet single. Both have double built in wardrobes.

The garden here is particularly nice and well thought out by our lovely vendors. There is a good size patio area (a perfect place for dining and maybe a hot tub!) Sleepers edge the level lawn and a pergola is tucked in the corner; a lovely place for a bench or chairs. Slate chippings edge the lawn and this is an ideal place for a BBQ. The garden is not overlooked and there are two gates; one to the driveway and the other to the rear of the garden, giving pedestrian access to the garage.

The single garage is at the front of the house under a neighbouring coach house. There is an allocated parking space in front of the garage and there is further unrestricted parking on the roadside.

In my opinion, this really is one to see. Our vendors have created a lovely family home here and there is nothing to be done apart from unpack your boxes and enjoy your new home.
