This was my first flat on my own with my daughters and we can honestly say it has been a great place to live. The location is great as it is central to everything we need, schools, transport, connections into London being in the hub of Wallington Town Centre and all of the local amenities. The flat is situated in a quiet road and town with a nice safe park area within the compound of the flats. We also have an allocated parking space which is a real benefit for town living. The neighbours here are of all ages and have been really friendly. I really hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
