We moved here six-years ago and were hugely attracted to the perfect combination of beautiful setting and convenient location. The apartment has a great layout with an excellent flow and plenty of light; the high ceilings and big windows offer a great feeling of space. The interior is in great order, making this an easy to move into home. We have private gated parking for two cars; for additional guests there is ample unrestricted parking on the road outside.

It's a very prestigious and safe area to live in and being gated adds that extra level of security. The gardens are immaculately kept and are an enjoyable place to relax and unwind.

The neighbours are all very friendly and helpful, however no one gets in each-other's way. We will be sad to leave as this really is a fantastic home but with the arrival of our first child we now need a bit more space – we'll really miss this lovely neighbourhood.
