"We have lived in this peaceful setting for 30 yrs, and raised three children in this lovely spacious flat. We've enjoyed cycling and walking in Epping forest which is on the doorstep.

It has a wonderful high street with a great choice of independent food shops, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, bars and the village green, which over the yrs has hosted many community events . We've also watched many beautiful sunsets from our sw facing balcony. We will really miss living here. However, it's time for us move on."
