What do you love about the flat?
The reason we first fell in love with this flat was its unique location and look. The double heighted ceiling and beautiful sash windows in the main living area create a stunning space which we have not seen anywhere else. On top of that the street (path) is very quiet and like a proper old fashioned neighbourhood and community, which is no surprise given how close it is to the village.
Why are you selling?
Sadly, my wife and I are selling as we are looking to grow our family and so need more space as well as move to South London to be closer to our parents and siblings. If things were different, we would happily keep the flat for the future and hope to return one day!
What are your favourtie things about the area?
The thing we will miss most about the area is the hub of like minded people, the buzz of the village and the great/quirky pubs and spaces. If you have a chance, do go to God's Own Junkyard, followed by The Wild Card brewery - ten minutes walk from the flat and always great spots to take visiting friends.
