We love the area around Francis Road (and not just because that is where our office is based). It is a constantly changing backdrop, with new things to do and see all the time. There’s Marmelo when hunger strikes, and Pause yoga studio next to our office when you need to reduce your stress levels. Check out Phlox Books for a coffee and a good book, Edie Rose for all things floral, and Venner for unique gifts for family and friends. Further afield on the High Road, the Leyton Star, Leyton Technical and the Coach & Horses are ready and waiting to welcome you a drink and a bite to eat, or if it’s the morning after the night before, try The Royal café for a slap up breakfast (poached egg and mushrooms on toast for us please!) Green spaces abound locally too, with Sidmouth Park and Coronation Gardens within easy walking distance, or if it's retail therapy you need then head over to Westfield, which is just one stop up on the Central Line.

In The Owners Words...

We will be sad to leave our first home and such a great area. We’ve definitely made good use of the local pubs, bars and restaurants just on our doorstep and with the Lea Valley and Hackney Marshes only a walk away, we have felt very lucky over the past year to have access to lots of green space. The flat has proven a great venue for having friends over and having BBQs and drinks over the summer months. We will miss it and our neighbours fondly!
