Vendor Comments:

We have loved living in Cairns Crescent - me for 9 years and my partner for nearly 3. The house has had significant improvements in the last few years such as new windows, kitchen, decking, fencing, paving and a shed. We’ve also made it a comfortable home with new carpets and a working fireplace. We have felt so lucky to have had the space and a sunny garden, particularly in the lockdown.

Cairns Crescent is a friendly street and the location is a real positive. It’s been great being a short walk from our favourite outside spaces in Bristol including the less well known St Agnes Park, St Werburghs city farm, Purdown, St Andrews Park. It is close to lots of excellent places to eat and drink. It’s also a short walk to St Werburghs, Stokes Croft and Cabot Circus.

Now is the right time for us to move on. We hope the next owners will enjoy this home as much as we have.
