Dating from the early to mid-18th Century, this pretty, larger than expected cottage, had undergone considerable refurbishment a few years ago but has been predominantly used as a holiday let over the last few years.

The accommodation now consists of a superb kitchen/dining room with a range of cream shaker style base and wall cupboards including integrated dishwasher, automatic washing machine, Belling duel fuel range oven with seven ring hob, kitchen window seat and Smeg fridge/freezer. The Oak work surfaces match the engineered Oak floor, there is a ceiling beam and a double glazed door leads out into the rear courtyard. The adjacent sitting room also has an engineered Oak floor, a handsome natural stone Inglenook fireplace housing a log burner with a secondary glazed window to the front with a window seat and beamed ceiling.

At first floor level the landing has an interesting original fireplace feature and a staircase leads up again to the top floor. A drawing room/fourth bedroom has views over the Churchyard and a ceiling beam, this room is currently used as a child’s playroom. Next to this is bedroom three which is another double and includes a wardrobe. Between them, the family bathroom has an attractive new white suite of roll top bath with separate fully tiled shower cubicle.

On the second floor are two double bedrooms both with vaulted ceilings and en-suite shower rooms and windows overlooking St Marys Church.

Tetbury, often referred to as the gateway to the Cotswolds, and once voted by Country Life magazine as the third most desirable town in the country, is a thriving historic Cotswold market town situated less than half an hour from both the M4 and M5 motorways and within easy reach of Cirencester, Cheltenham, Bath, Bristol and Swindon.
