As soon as we saw this house, we knew it was for us. Despite needing renovation and the garden being an overgrown jungle, we could see the potential in its layout, orientation and period features. Now it has been transformed into a beautiful home. We love the log-burning stove in the winter, the bright white blossoms in the spring, the summers in the sun-trap landscaped garden and the autumnal dinner parties in the open-plan living space.

We will miss living here. Our neighbours are wonderful, and the local Dartmouth Park Village community is very friendly. Our favourite places nearby include Cricks (a tiny award-winning independent coffee shop only five doors down), St Johns Tavern (a very popular bar and restaurant just down the road) and the best parks in London including the Heath. We are incredibly lucky to be close to the tube, bars, restaurants and boutique shops of Tufnell Park, Archway and Highgate, and from being in the catchment area of some outstanding primary schools.
