Description
A truly beautiful brick fronted Victorian mid terrace on a quiet turning close to Queens Road, with four bedrooms and twin bathrooms. From handsome frontage to generous garden, up to the stylishly converted loft, this is an instantly loveable and characterful family home in a superlative spot.

Along with your garden you're spoiled for choice when it comes to green spaces. Lloyd Park is just over a mile from you, as is Hollow Ponds, a serene spot set in Leyton Flats. The charming Thomas Gamuel Park and playground is just a few moments' stroll away, so it's easy to grab ten minutes there whenever you and yours feel the need.

If you lived here…

You'll step into your hallway, see the stairs ahead and turn left into your double reception. It's a generous 275 square foot in all, with a bay window to the front. Honey pine stripped boards lie underfoot throughout, and a magnificent original fireplace makes for a marvellous focal point. To the rear you'll find your ninety square foot kitchen, with warm wood worktops and off white units. Dark grey tiling lies underfoot and the backsplashes are a smart patterned tile.

A door gives onto your conservatory, a welcome extra space of seventy five square foot, beautifully bright and letting you enjoy the garden all year round. Your lawn's framed by low-maintenance bedding and a line of trees to the horizon. Back through your reception and up the stairs to the first floor, you'll find a lobby perfect as a study space. It opens onto your bathroom, with modern white suite, shower over the tub, and white metro tiling to set off bold dark walls.

Along the landing you'll find your first bedroom, close to ninety five square foot with a view over the garden and the same beautiful boards underfoot. Your master bedroom to the front offers 180 square foot of relaxing space, and a large bay window. There's another fireplace here too, and carpet underfoot.

Up into the loft, your third bedroom is straight ahead giving sixty square foot of space. Next to that is your shower room, with corner toilet, rainfall shower and classic patterned tiling underfoot. Lastly you'll discover your fourth bedroom of nearly 250 square foot in all, the perfect penthouse master with double skylights illuminating yet more gorgeous floorboards. There's a wealth of under eaves storage here too.

Our renowned Walthamstow Village is just a ten minute walk away, home to a huge array of the finest wining and dining establishments for miles around. Closer still is the main artery of Hoe Street, with more choices for shopping and entertainment. Queens Road station, seven minutes away on foot, whizzes you to Hampstead Heath on the Overground in around twenty minutes, while Walthamstow Central is just half a mile away, and takes you to Kings Cross or Liverpool Street in around a quarter of an hour.

A word from the owner....

"We love this house! We’ve lived here for 8 years and it has been a wonderful home in which to raise a family. The road is quiet, peaceful and tree-lined. We’ve made many friends on pretty much every street in the area and there is always someone willing to lend a helping hand. You will be swept up in community kindness the minute you move in! The area has a bit of everything you could want; great transport links, a quick walk to high street shops, and plenty of green spaces. It’s also a super quick bike ride to Lloyds Park, the Wetlands, and glorious Epping Forest. There are many excellent schools within walking distance.

The house and the area originally appealed to us because you can walk to the Village and all its amenities in under 10 mins, to Queens Road Station (with access to Hampstead Heath) in 5 mins and to Walthamstow Central in less than 10 mins. We are genuinely sad to be leaving."
