Sellers insight

We so enjoy the convenience of living at 68 Vincent Square that we are thinking of moving to a smaller apartment in the same building! A daily pleasure for us at the moment is the complete privacy afforded us by being at the top of the building. Views of the mature plane trees around the square and the greenery of the private playing fields has a truly calming effect on us we could be almost anywhere! On a summer afternoon the leaves filter the strength of the sun while only the occasional sound of willow on leather suggests we may still be in England. During the winter months the lack of leaves on the trees gives us a better view of the entire square, and beyond.

Another lovely feature is the morning sun beaming into the main reception areas which continues through till midday. We can then enjoy afternoon tea on the side terrace while evening sun shines through the windows at the rear of the property.

During warm summer evenings it is fun to have al fresco drinks followed by supper on the terrace. Every New Year's Eve, we enjoy uninterrupted views from our terrace of the London Mayor's spectacular firework display over the River Thames. This is always the highlight of the festive season for our friends and family, and especially our grandchildren!

The convenience of living in this part of Westminster prompted us a few years ago to go car-free'. All our regular shopping needs, restaurants and entertainment venues are within a short walk, while plenty of cabs are available along Rochester Row, or are only a brief phone-call away.
