It's both a haven to relax in after work, and a great space for entertaining friends. The location is perfect. St James Street station is a 5 minute walk away and some great bars, shops and cafes have popped up in the area over the last few years. There are plenty of green spaces nearby such as the Wetlands and the Marshes and the lovely St James Park is minutes away. Walthamstow Central is a 10 minute walk, so it's easy to get into town quickly via the Victoria Line."
