What are your neighbours like? We've been very lucky to have very pleasant neighbours on all sides and the street is very quiet at night.
What alterations have you made to the property and did you seek planning permission/building regulations approval? We have replaced the bay window roof, windows, guttering and plaster. We understood that this didn't require planning permission as it was replacing like for like.
What other improvements have you made to your property? Removed redundant water tank to create loft storage space above hallway. Installed Nest thermostat and high-speed broadband.
Why have you decided to sell your property? It was an ideal first home and we're now looking for something bigger.
What have you always liked about this property or what are its unique features? No fixed service charge or ground rent, unlike most new build flats. Victorian features - high ceilings give plenty of natural light, ample built-in storage space. Great location, walking distance to local shops, market, lots of parks and Lewisham, Ladywell and Hither Green stations. Easy to park on the street with a resident permit.
What do you dislike about this property. An honesty note? Doesn't have a garden (but the local parks are great!), or a bath.
