We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

The living area is located in the open space next to the kitchen and it features a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table seating all guests. From the living and kitchen area, guests will have direct access to the private patio. Each bedroom comes with a high-quality mattress and can sleep two guests. Both bedrooms feature double beds. The bathroom is clean and neat and features a shower. The home offers high-speed WiFi and it has plenty of space to get work done should you need it. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the homes at all times. Because the homes come with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
