Flat is very well kept, we keep it very clean and quiet. The residential complex is around 12 yrs old, and still one of the most sought-after in the area, rare thing to find rent here.
Kitchen is not the biggest, but is more than enough and it is fully equipped. We managed 5 people quite well
There is also a small communal place on the hallway, where we eat together. And a small storage space.
The neighborhood is very green and peaceful, absolutely no traffic noises, the loudest you will hear are the wild birds. Vibrant Greenwich center is only 12 minutes walking distance on the wonderful Thames path.

We need somebody that is clean and respectful, and that understands that a good communication is key in all types of relations. We would prefer a girl, to balance the flat, but it is not mandatory.
