What Next?
Having seen a property that you like through Redwell Estates, you should contact our office on and confirm your interest. We will take some information from you, before negotiating a proposed rental (subject to referencing) with the landlord. Once a potential deal is agreed, we will ask you to pay a holding deposit equal to one weeks rent. This removes the property from the market for up to four weeks whilst due diligence is completed and is subject to the landlords’ instructions. Following completion of successful referencing, this initial deposit goes towards the first months’ rent. Once the holding deposit is received, we will then ask you to complete online application form(s) for each tenant over the age of 18 that will be living in the property. Please note, there is no referencing fee for tenants.
This application will only proceed once Redwell Estates are in receipt of the holding deposit
Once Referencing is completed, you will be required to pay one months rent in advance and a deposit, also equal to one months rent unless advised otherwise. The holding deposit will count towards this figure
Should you decide to withdraw your application once an referencing is completed or you fail referencing due to false or misleading information being supplied on this form, your holding deposit may be held to cover the landlord costs for any loss of marketing or to cover our costs for referencing.

Viewings are permitted during the Covid-19 Pandemic however; you will be asked about situation before we book anything in. This will include, but not be limited to, your suitability for the property, that you are not suffering/isolating from Covid-19, your timescale for moving.
