This second floor flat (without lift) has a fault with the gas and planning permission is required to fix it. Therefore this property will be without gas for the foreseeable future as planning permission is sought to rectifying it.
Until then, the power shower will provide heating for hot baths. And there will be electric heating for the taps. However, the radiators don't work so personal heating must be supplied by the incoming tenant.
For this reason the price of the flat is being reduced until the gas is restored to offset the replacement electrical charges for heating and hot water.
