"We have really enjoyed living on quiet Theydon Street for the last two years, surrounded by friendly neighbours and some of the best green space that London has to offer. Being right on the cusp of Walthamstow and Leyton means that we have had the best of both worlds literally on our doorstep. There’s the Crate brewery, Walthamstow village and all things E17 in one direction and Jubilee Park and the incredible coffee from Lighthaus Cafe in the other! In addition, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Chatsworth Road and Hackney are only a short cycle away.

We also love our spacious garden, which has been appreciated even more since the start of the pandemic. Our favourite thing about living here is being so close to the amazing green spaces of Hackney Marshes, Walthamstow Wetlands and the River Lea canal."
