"I came here from Hackney six years ago looking for more space and somewhere I could put my stamp on. It’s a great area and it still feels a bit undiscovered. The parks are huge and not crowded (amazing in the past year!) and it’s relaxed and very child and dog friendly. There are also cafes, shops, pubs and a yoga studio tucked away on side streets. I’m a regular at Wild Goose Bakery for sourdough and coffee beans.
I spent a few years renovating the house. I’m particularly proud of the parquet floor, which I sourced it from an old synagogue in North London. My favourite room is probably the kitchen – the light is golden on summer evenings and (when allowed) I like to open the back doors and let friends sit outside with a drink while I cook."
