The popular Spiceball Leisure centre has a gym, swimming pool, badminton and squash courts. Banbury is near Junction 11 of the M40 which links to the M5, M6, M1 and the M25.
The railway station is a 15-minute drive (5.6 miles) with regular trains to London (Marylebone), Birmingham, Oxford and Manchester.
