The space has allowed us to have a living and dining area, as well as a beautiful sunny garden, where we’ve enjoyed pizza making and entertaining.

The morning sun pours into the living room, perfect for a coffee on the sofa with the cats, it then moves over the sun loungers and seating area in time for lunch and early evening drinks and if you like the evening sun like we do, you can capture the sunset from boca bars terrace perfectly!

The Paintworks is a fantastic modern development situated just off Bath Road. It is highly-regarded, being ‘a genuine attempt to regenerate a mixed use district centred primarily on a sense of community and in so doing provide a model for others to build on elsewhere’.
