If you lived here...

You'll be enjoying a refined set of spaces in one of our most increasingly popular locales with some superb original features rubbing shoulders with contemporary design. Your dual aspect open plan reception is a bright and beautiful masterpiece with a huge bay window elegantly dressed in plantation shutters, a vintage ebony fireplace and over 250 square feet to stretch out and entertain in.

The adjacent kitchen's another flawless dual aspect space enjoying a pristine white suite hosting a full complement of integrated appliances, a gleaming steel blue metro tile backsplash, constellation of recessed spotlights overhead and an abundance of blissful leafy views. Your garden is accessed via both the dining area next door and the French doors here, and what a gorgeous green space it is; an immaculate stretch of low-maintenance Tru lawn flanked by thriving pots and beds - positively perfect for entertaining al fresco - gives way to an equally secluded patio area overseen by lush screening foliage.

Back inside and you've a handy WC on the ground floor. Head upstairs for two double bedrooms – the larger coming in at an extremely generous 145 square feet and filled with natural light courtesy of a twin set of windows dressed in more of those covetable plantation shutters. Bedroom two's just as impeccable and comes complete with a charming garden view, while this storey's completed by the family bathroom - truly dazzling and sizeable and counting chessboard flooring, a dedicated shower cubicle, tub and storage space amongst its charms.

Up one more flight of stairs to be greeted by your sumptuous, recently renovated penthouse master; it's a glorious space coming in at over 200 square feet filled with natural light courtesy of twin skylights and a simply divine Juliet balcony enjoying an enticing leafy view. Lastly, your en suite bathroom up here is no less impressive, dressed as it is in its double length walk-in shower cubicle and contemporary suite.

Wanstead High Street is just five minutes away on foot – flanked by open green spaces and home to a fine range of supermarkets, independent shops, restaurants and foodie pubs. Check out the sumptuous surroundings of The Manor House, the spacious beer garden at The Cuckfield and the craft beers and hand made pizzas at Luppolo Pizza. If it's nature you're craving then between Wanstead Flats and the tranquil blue waters of The Basin, you have a wealth of natural blue and green space just a short walk away. You'll forget you're in London.

A word from the owner...

"We have really loved the great community that exists in the area with friendly neighbours that came together even more during lock-down with local concerts and charity events. Our house will be sorely missed with its light bright open rooms and wonderful outside space which is a haven in the summer months. The few minutes walk to Wanstead High street offers an array of pubs, cafes and shops which is a lovely way to spend a Saturday morning. The close proximity to Wanstead Park is a nature lover's joy with miles of paths and trails to explore. Transport links from here are excellent, being able to get to central London within half an hour and the A406 & M11 are only a few minutes drive should you ever fancy a trip away."
