"Walthamstow has developed into a really mature town with clever traffic management and cycle lanes. The tree line roads are well kept by the local council and a number of independent shops have begun to pop up. I have found Walthamstow safe and a great place to raise young children. Lloyds park is a stone throw away from the house and with access to the William Morris museum and a plethora of activities through the year its a great way of spending some "me" time. A lovely Cafe is situated in the centre of Lloyds park and many little cafes in the surrounding vicinity.
Travelling back and from work via Victoria line (terminal station) you are always guaranteed a seat and if you take the over ground it gets you to Liverpool street in 22 mins. If you do have to travel to central London then Walthamstow Central is a good way of travelling.
