"The flat has been a great home for us over the last two years and we're sure it will be also be a great home for you! It's a generous size for a one bedroom and we've found the kitchen/living room it to be a nice social space to cook in and chat on an evening - we've also found we have a lot more storage space compared to similar new build flats! The neighbours are all really friendly here and there's a nice community feel to the
development.
The station at Lea Bridge is only a 1 minute walk away from the building, from which if you head 5 minutes either way you reach a major tube line. South = Stratford (Central/Jubilee) and North = Tottenham Hale (Victoria).
As for the area, we're going to really miss living so close to Walthamstow and Hackney Marshes - which were an absolute life-saver during the lockdowns! There's so many great walks around the marshes or along the River Lea to keep you entertained. Also worth mentioning are Millfields Park and Chatsworth Road, which are a 20 minute walk (or 6 minute cycle), where you can find a some nice shops and restaurants and a lovely food market on
Sundays."
