The land is situated approximately 1.6 miles to the south west of the village of Easington in County Durham. Peterlee is located approximately 4 miles south east and Durham City approximately 9 miles west.

Directions
From the A19 north take the Houghton-le-spring
(A182), Easington (B1283) exit. At the roundabout
take the second exit onto Durham Lane. In approximately 0.8 miles the land will be located on your right. Access is currently via Moor House Farm.
