Lot 1 – 3.11 acres – sw A single field enclosure with a gated access off the Council maintained road in the hamlet of Watergate. The pasture field is bound by Cornish hedges with mature hedgerow trees and shrubs etc. A stream runs along the western and northern boundaries and there are two natural and most attractive ponds situated near the eastern and northeastern boundaries. There are internal wire fencing. The land is level to gently sloping and parts lie wetter in Winter.
