The ground floor features a spacious and bright living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The dining room is connected to the living area and offers seats for all guests. The kitchen is bright, spacious and comes fully stocked and ready to be used. It also opens up directly to the cosy rear garden. Guests will also find a toilet room on the ground floor for added convenience. The lower ground floor features a spacious family room, ideal to watch a movie or enjoy some table games or a match at the pool table. All the bedrooms are located on the first and second floors and come with comfortable mattresses and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom comes with a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms come with double beds and the fourth one features 2 single beds. Guests will also find 2 additional bathrooms clean and neat. The home features high-speed WiFi throughout and plenty of space to get some work done. There is also a study room ideal to get some work done. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
