Entering the property, you find yourself in the bright and open hallway. Attractive wooden flooring is present, which flows throughout the downstairs of the property. One of the best features of the property is the open plan layout of the downstairs with the lounge, dining room and kitchen all interconnected. The lounge and dining room are spacious and tastefully decorated. The soft pink lounge with thick grey carpet is chic and cosy with a gorgeous period fireplace. On either side of the fireplace stand bespoke built-in shelving units. Moving into the dining room area the walls have been painted a stylish green hue. Here like the rest of the property the attention to detail is impressive and well thought out. From the dining room you can gain access to the kitchen, a modern space with built in wooden units throughout. The kitchen is a light and open area overlooking the garden. An integrated over and hob are present along with space for a dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.

The upstairs of the property is again stylish and minimalist. The bathroom is modern and sleek, with dark blue flooring that offsets well against bright white walls. A full white suite is present with a large bathtub with overhead shower, WC and sink. A lovely feature in the bathroom is the mirrored unit which hangs above a small inlet with tiled splash back. Moving into the first of two large double bedrooms, noticeably spacious with two large windows making it feel bright and airy. Decorated in tasteful neutral tones the room is an ideal place to go and relax. Two alcoves offer the ideal wardrobe space with two built in wardrobe units. The second of the bedrooms is decorated similarly to the first. Currently being utilized as a second bedroom and home office which overlooks down over the garden.

The garden is a tranquil, leafy space with more than enough room for socialising, a small decked area is present and steps that lead up to the grass. One of the most attractive features of the property is the direct access to the Patch from the back of your garden. Allowing you to join in with the great surrounding community, the Patch is known throughout Brighton for throwing great family orientated events.

What the owner says
"We bought this house just under four years ago, and have absolutely loved our time here. We finished the renovations very recently (March 2021), and these have encompassed the whole house. We've installed a new bathroom, kitchen and knocked through between the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has a Formica work surface, which adds a pop of colour! We've had new carpets fitted, along with Oak engineered flooring downstairs and the whole house has been professionally decorated. We've also renovated both the front and back garden areas. We love using the front patio area as the evening sun is amazing there - perfect for a gin and tonic after work! The back garden leads directly to the Patch, which is definitely one of the best features of this house; it has been amazing to have this space throughout the recent lockdowns.

The local area is brilliant: An incredibly friendly neighbourhood; lots of pubs within walking distance; and all that Brighton has to offer just a 15 minute walk away. We will miss this house so much, and will be genuinely sad to leave. An opportunity has arisen which is too good to pass up, but we would have happily stayed in this house for a lot longer!"
