We are David and Ling, we've lived in this flat and will be your landlord. We have loved this bright, calm home for the past three years and have really enjoyed being so close to Brockwell Park, especially during lockdown. What we were surprised about when we lived here was seeing some truly amazing, unique sunsets from the living room (we've added a photo to share) and how much the afternoon sunlight enters into the flat throughout the year making it bright and warm.

Being a third floor flat, it's quite high up with a south westerly orientation. The flat doesn't suit children or pets due to the stairs but is ideal for professionals.

This flat is sentimental to us, we want to maintain it well and we would be the practical, easy to get hold of landlords type.

As you can see from the photos, the flat consists of an entrance hallway, a living room, separate kitchen with appliances, a large double bedroom with built in closet, a second double bedroom and bathroom. The property comes partly furnished with kitchen appliances. The floor plan is square shaped (not long and thin) with a central hallway so we find lots of light from the front can be benefited the back bedrooms and vice versa.

This flat is located near Tulse Hill & Herne Hill railway stations. As well as a short walk to Brockwell Park, there are other places like, Dulwich, West Norwood and even some small quaint places with local shops and restaurants such as on Rosendale Road. From all directions, this location offers a great selection of restaurants, shopping amenities and sightseeing, really is a fantastic location in London.

A bus stop is located right outside the flat with busses to Brixton underground and central London which is super handy.
