Description
A spectacular and distinctive, immaculately presented one-bedroom apartment on a mid-terrace Victorian conversion. Located on a quiet residential street, a short stroll from Leyton tube station and local amenities of both Leyton and Leytonstone High Road as well as being walking distance from Stratford.

Fast becoming one of the most desirable places to live in east London, Leyton features a whole host of attractions with more cropping up seemingly every week. You're also close to a host of fantastic green spaces, making this an address that has the best of both city life and access to natural sanctuaries.

If you lived here…

You'll be adoring the wealth of vintage period features in your otherwise marvellously modern home. Your 195 square foot reception room is gorgeous with welcoming white walls, sumptuous wooden flooring, period cast-iron fireplace, cornicing and high ceilings all set off by the light from your fetching bay window. You'll be raring to get cooking in your eye-catching kitchen, presenting pristine white tiles against stylish sage green walls, ample cabinet space and kitchen appliances masterfully integrated into marbled work surfaces.

Your bathroom is just as sparkling, featuring flawless fixtures and fittings such as a divine deep tub, gorgeous geometric Victorian floor tiles and tasteful teal walls contrasting with the wonderful white tiled backsplash. Your 105 square foot bedroom is bright and airy with luxurious wooden flooring and warm white walls, and there's also access to an amazing rear garden space which previous owners have ingeniously used as a little allotment.

There are a multitude of fantastic eating and drinking spots locally. Mora is a highly rated restaurant just over half a mile away focussing on traditional Sardinian cuisine. You're also just a four-minute walk from Leyton tube station on the Central line, connecting you to the shopping options of Stratford in eight minutes or central London in less than half an hour. Drapers Field Recreation Ground, just a few minutes' walk away, features sports pitches, cycling areas and a host of other activities.

A word from the owner...

"We have loved living in this area of Leyton and made the most of how close it is to the lovely green spaces of the Olympic Park and Hackney Marshes; Wanstead Flats and Epping Forest are also a cycle or walk away. Leyton itself has an ever expanding number of restaurants, cafes and pubs - including our favourite, the Leyton Star, just around the corner that hosts great events. Hackney Wick is a short walk away and is a great place to head to for a canal side drink.
The flat has been our sunny and peaceful haven during lockdown, particularly having a garden space which was a blessing. We’ll be sad to leave!"
