2 bed Flat For Sale £665,000
Evering Road, Stoke Newington, London N16

Description
This spacious two-bedroom flat looks down on a quiet street moments from the centre of Stoke Newington. Stylish and sunlit, with a balance of original features and fresh finishes, this flat is a treetop oasis in one of the most popular neighbourhoods in London.

Brickworks Says

This standout two-bedroom flat is perched on the top two floors of a Victorian conversion on a street known (and loved) for its elegant homes and neighbourly atmosphere.

The vibe inside is open and welcoming, starting with the light-filled staircase and extending to the open-plan living room/kitchen, with its exposed brick wall and expansive sash windows gazing down on the street below. There's a proper double bedroom and a tiled bathroom on this floor, too. Upstairs is a show-stopping, skylit loft master bedroom with oodles of built-in storage. From here, there's plenty of room, beautiful views, and a location that's hard to match.

A stone's throw from all the indie shopping and dining delights along Stoke Newington High and Church Streets, the flat is also close to the greenery of Hackney Downs, Clissold Park and Abney Park. Rectory Road station is at one end of the street, Clapton at the other, so trips into town couldn't be easier.

The Owners Say

I have absolutely loved living here - the flat has such a lovely, homely feel. It’s bright and spacious and has so much character. Evering Road itself is an amazing location being such a short walk from Stoke Newington Church Street, which has such a great village feel to it and so many great restaurants like The Good Egg, Escocesa, Osteria Wolf and pubs like The Prince, The Crooked Billet, The Axe and The White Hart which have all been favourites while I have lived here. The other great bonus is being so close the beautiful Clissold Park which is amazing for picnics in the summer and there are lovely walks around Abney Park Cemetery also. Hackney Downs itself is also only a 5-minute walk away.

Stoke Newington really makes you feel like you live in an oasis in the middle of London. Yet as you’re so close to Rectory Road station, you can be at Liverpool Street in 15 minutes on the Overground which gives you an easy commute to the City when needed.
