1 bed Flat For Sale £535,000
Rosebery Road, Muswell Hill, London N10

Description
This oh-so-pretty one-bedroom flat, moments away from Alexandra Park, has a beautiful back garden, a bright and breezy aspect and a host of period details that give it warmth and character all of its own.

Brickworks Says

On a quiet road in Muswell Hill and with a lovely back garden, this one-bedroom flat is a charming prospect indeed. That remarkable garden is a rare find, perfect for hosting BBQs on warm summer nights or enjoying your morning coffee before work. Lush and green, it extends the living space outdoors and provides a peaceful buffer filled with blooms and birdsong.

The flat itself is arranged over two levels on the first floor, with the bright galley kitchen and classic bathroom below and the bedroom and living room above. The east-west aspect allows light to stream through the elegant sash windows all day long. And original details—tiled fireplaces, stained glass, coved ceilings and picture rails—give the whole space more than a dash of personality.

Ally Pally is a short stroll away, as is Muswell Hill proper, with its cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and Everyman cinema. Highgate Wood and all the delights of Crouch End Broadway are within reach, too. For trips into town, Northern line from Highgate is the fastest route but there's also Alexandra Palace mainland station as well as Bounds Green on the Piccadilly line.

The Owners Say

We fell in love with the flat’s light rooms, wood floors, fireplaces and high ceilings. When we bought it, the garden was completely overgrown. We spent a lot of time turning it into the peaceful oasis it is today. We’ve enjoyed many summer evenings entertaining friends and watching the setting sun. The neighbour’s magnolia tree is really something to behold—a sure sign that spring has arrived!

People always mention how light and airy the flat is and how lovely the lounge looks with the sun beaming in. The windowpanes refract beautiful patterns on the walls, which is rather magical. In the summer, we enjoy the view of Alexandra Palace from the bedroom window. In the winter, we light a cosy fire in the living room fireplace.

Muswell Hill is a fantastic place to live, with a lovely village vibe. We grab coffee and pastries from Planet Organic or Gails, fresh bread from the farmer’s market or Dunn’s Bakery, lunch at Chris Kitch or catch a film at the Everyman—the best cinema in London. Toff’s Fish and Chips and our local, the Maid of Muswell, are also favourites. We’ll miss waking up early to watch the sun rise over Alexandra Palace and taking in the views over London.
