"I have lived here for almost 7 years, during which I have loved making the most of all that Walthamstow and the surrounding Epping Forest area has to offer. There is so much to do it is a wonderful place to live and only a quick walk to the tube, it has been brilliant for quick access into Central London. One of the best things for me has been enjoying the quiet, well-kept communal gardens, especially in summer. The development is in a lovely, quiet pocket of Walthamstow and there has always been a great micro-community of neighbours here. I know everyone in the block and people often stop for a chat. And my favourite thing? There would be two: Lloyd park being only a few minutes down the road, and also, the view of the sunset you get out the lounge window on a summer's evening."
