The flat has been fully refurbished with a full knock-through (unlike many), wood floors and a special feature for our flat is full secondary glazing for maximum heat retention and noise reduction (very few flats have this). The flat has recently got an extended lease to 999 years and so there is no annual ground rent to pay (again most flats do not have this long lease). The flat comes with a designated parking space.
