The suitable sharer could be a mature female either working or studying but should have some time available during their week, mainly early evenings onwards to offer some household support. The Householder is a very friendly, chatty and independent lady who is looking for some overnight reassurance and good company, as now, more than ever, this lady feels a little lonely and isolated.
The property is a lovely very well maintained ground floor flat. The sharer will have their own large bedroom with single bed, wardrobe and dressing table. There are large private gardens and off street parking is also available.
