We fell in love with our house on Gwynne road from the minute we walked in. You walk through the front door and straight away it feels like home. The lounge is so cosy and inviting. You are then met with the impressive open plan kitchen dining area. We have used this lots for entertaining friends on Saturday evenings and family for Sunday dinners. We have spent nearly 3 happy years here.
We love the big garden in the summer time. It is up so high (highest in the road) you get the sun all day long and not overlooked by anyone. We spent many many hours laying in the sun in lockdown, and enjoying bbq’s late into the evening… it was blissful.
We have the most wonderful neighbours. Being in lockdown was made so much easier by living next to them. We will miss the community feel of living at Gwynne road.
I will miss my office, looking out on the garden in the summer time. The big bedrooms, always having more than enough space for friends to stay.
This was our first home and we will forever have fond memories here. Time for us to move on to the next project closer to my partner’s family. We are sure that the next owners will make 51 Gwynne their perfect home, as it has been ours."
