A word from the owner...

"We came to Highams Park in the year 2000. My children had already begun junior school here, and built up their friendship group; the area also had a number of other attributes, such as proximity to the forest and good transport links to central London. I was very chuffed to settle down in a home in a quiet road with a stream at the end of the garden but a short distance from Walthamstow and its shops, market and restaurants. Over the years we've seen Highams Park develop from a quiet suburb to a thriving community with great amenities, shops and restaurants of its own. And having the forest so close to hand has been a real boon during the past year of the pandemic! It really does have a lot to offer - especially for families."
