The owner of the property says: This apartment was an absolute pleasure to live in, I loved waking up to the sound of sea gulls and the river lapping at the shore, there is a real feeling of space and openness. Being so close to the river I got a parking permit from Tower Hamlets and parked my car on Napier Avenue so I could use the Thames Clipper to commute to work, it was the best commute I ever had, a 7 minute drive and then 30 minutes on the boat into Blackfriars with my thermos and cereal bar! On the days I got the DLR I walked through Mudchute farm to Crossharbour DLR station; in the evenings the smell of the open fire as I walked through the farm always made me smile. The apartment was so big I was able to look after a friend in need by putting a double bed in the living area for a few months. It wasn't ideal, but I was able to partition the room as it was so big, so I still had a place to relax with a book and TV. I loved how close the apartment was to both public transport and main roads. Whilst extremely peaceful, it was easy to get around by car to see my family, and drive to Lakeside and Ashford for shopping trips. I still drive to the area often and use the numerous parking bays to the front of the development to park up and walk around; I miss living in this wonderful apartment that was my home for so many years.
