The Mill Gardens
From the main front entrance to the mill a cobbled path runs along the front of the house passing a mature Wisteria and leading to the south eastern side of the house into the gardens. To the rear of the mill on the south eastern side is a terrace outside the garden room double doors and this looks along the garden to the brook and the disused Victorian granite former railway viaduct. Below the terrace is a delightful brookside garden with feature granite retaining walls, a palm tree and variegated holly tree, shaped flower borders and shrubberies. In the centre of Lustleigh is the Parish Church of St.John's. At the junction opposite the village shop turn left and drive for about 200 metres before bearing left along a lane which runs alongside the mill leat. The first property that you come to on the left is Lustleigh Mill and at the front is a parking bay for two cars.
