A word from the owner....

Verulam Avenue has been a great place to live, we’ve made friends with our neighbours and there is a real community feel in the area.
We love the spacious open plan top floor with high ceilings and large windows that let plenty of light in. It’s especially nice to sit with the windows wide open, letting the outside in and watching the sunset across the rooftops.
The living space is set across two floors and is bigger than the average two bed maisonette. The South West facing garden is a perfect spot for drinks and dinner or reading the paper with a coffee whilst soaking up a few rays.
There are direct transport links to the City and West end. You can explore Walthamstow, Hackney and Stoke Newington by foot and the many green spaces nearby including Walthamstow & Hackney marshes, St James park and Leyton Jubilee park.
