"This was our first property and it has been everything we hoped for. We've loved making it our own, getting to know the friendly neighbours and making use of the garden space. Within walking distance are the Olympic park, Jubilee park and Hackney Marshes, all of which make for great weekend or even lunchtime walks. The high street and nearby Francis Road offer plenty of local amenities and there are some lovely local pubs.
Being a modern, purpose built flat, everything is in excellent condition - including an almost new kitchen. There is also an outdoor shed for extra storage, which is inside the secure gate and parking area.
