The Grade 2 listed Moat Park provides a beautiful outdoor space nestled just off the town centre, providing 450 acres of mature parkland including a 30-acre lake. Several schools and higher education establishments are within the area, as well as excellent links to the surrounding towns and cities including London. Maidstone East & West train station are close by and offer journey times into the capital in as little as 51 minutes, whilst the M20 and M2 motorways provide excellent road travel.

Having moved to Maidstone some 5 years ago, we have been pleasantly surprised how nice and friendly our neighbours have been. When we moved we were looking for somewhere convenient to suit both our jobs and a really good primary school for our then 2 year old. The house has been easy to maintain and the best thing we did was to have artificial grass laid in the back garden which has been great for hosting large family barbecues and giving year round use. Another factor for us is having the integrated technology to allow us to both work from home when needed. As our priorities have changed we are sorry to leave, but the next stage of our life beckons
